Total Calls in the Year
Report Definition
Report Definition:
The Total Calls in the Year report provides all call data to PerformCare throughout each calendar year. PerformCare connects young people and their families statewide to the care they need to be well, including support for behavioral health, substance use treatment, and intellectual/developmental disability services. It operates through the New Jersey Department of Children and Families' (DCF) Children’s System of Care (CSOC).

In order to protect the privacy of children and families represented on this site, data suppression has been activated for the report you requested. When data is less than 10, these values are reported as ★ on the chart and are not true zeroes. For suppressed data displayed in the table, these values are displayed as "<10*".
At times, a green triangle is displayed on the graph or a null sign “Ø” is shown in the table. These symbols indicate that no children or cases meet the selected search criteria. Therefore, a percentage cannot be calculated.
